Return and Refund Policy

  1. Return Eligibility

    You may apply for a return within 30 days after you receive the product. Items must be unused, unopened, in original packaging and in resalable condition. Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
  2. Return Process

    Please contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization number (RA number) before sending back items. Returns without RA number will not be accepted.
  3. Refund Method

    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The time for the refund to arrive depends on your payment provider’s processing rules.
  4. Shipping Fee for Returns

    Return shipping fees are borne by the customer unless the item is defective, wrong item shipped or our fault.
  5. Defective & Wrong Items

    If you receive defective, damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours with photos or videos. We will offer replacement, full refund or partial refund according to the situation.
  6. Partial Refund

    Items that are used, damaged, missing original parts or packaging may only receive partial refund or be rejected for return.
