   ProGarden provides shipping service to most domestic US addresses. We do not ship to PO boxes or remote restricted areas unless specially stated.
2. Processing Time

   
   

   All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends and holidays.
3. Delivery Time

   
   

   Standard shipping normally takes 5–10 business days. Express shipping options may be available at checkout with faster delivery time. Delivery time is estimated and not guaranteed due to weather, logistics delays or unexpected circumstances.
4. Shipping Fees

   
   

   Shipping cost is calculated based on product weight, size and delivery location and will be shown at checkout before payment.
5. Order Modification & Address

   
   

   Please confirm your shipping address carefully before payment. We do not support address modification once the package is shipped.
6. Lost or Damaged Package

   
   

   If your package is lost, stolen or severely damaged upon arrival, please contact our customer service within 48 hours for investigation and solution.
